Lullaby

In this, as in many of my paintings, I love to explore the yin side of life and nature, where space is suspended, silent, apparently motionless, at most lulling like a lullaby, and everything listens to itself, pure resonance of the All.
Western culture often misunderstands the value of this energy dimension, an integral part of every life cycle. Yet it's winter that keeps the seeds, it's the feminine that knows how to listen and nourishes, it's the darkness in which dreams can redefine themselves.
