Notes on the work: Alfonso Siracusa is an artist who loves paradox and this led to extreme potential for communication, is the cornerstone of his artistic production. We submit a landscape of sacred images of unidentified flying objects and icons of modernity: a universe where real and virtual popular religiosity and mysterious symbols and initiatory overlap, connecting past and future. The fiction of reality that governs the world is reflected in his works, an ambiguity that reversed the sign emerges in a notion of "con-fusion," and paradoxically courageously taken as a value and reference.
