"Senza radici" [“Rootless”]

“Rootless” means to lose the origin ( where I come from ), to be whithout a past, no roots to protect and cultivate, no shelter from the storm.[...]I’ve chosen poetry like a common thread for my work, ‘cause poetical words try to tell things without use them up or offend them, because poetry graze them and tells by images that are minimal, little but mighty. We can only go on in telling it, keeping strong our voice, we must save from forgetfulness these places, protect them from the fire that darken the ground.
