An audio and tactile route, a sensory shaking able to stimulate and intoxicate, to entertain and intrigue. Quistimola, the second act of Angela Barretta’s performative trilogy after Come inside, is an action focused on the poetics of the exchange and of the material and spiritual communion among people. It proposes an additional body experience, where the body becomes a vehicle for intimate walks inside oneself, blindfold, attentively searching and subsequently discovering the emotions released, like electrical sparks, from what we are gently offered during the set route.
A journey to be taken under the skilful and generous leadership of the performer, who, in this work as in the previous ones, projects herself on the background in order to let emerge those who want to initiate an interaction??? that focuses on the availability and desire to let one’s own senses to be stimulated, particularly hearing and touch, which are more suitable for the experimentation of introjective awarenesses.
Quistimola is a research on the different sensitivities of each of us, it is an experiment and a gift: close your eyes and concentrate on what you are experiencing through feeling.
