The photos elaborations arise from a double bounce on the genetic modification of vegetables and privatization of food resources. Since man has been the cloning of animals and plants, the challenge for survival has moved in scientific laboratories and multinational companies. For thousands of foods in supermarkets, the concepts of natural and artificial are reduced to a few small lines on the labels. Genetic engineering may be a response to climate changes already underway? The artist poses a much more pressing question: Who will claim the monopoly of the food world and the privatization of basic resources like water? Companies holding patents on new transgenic organisms they protect their products by including for example in the plant DNA gene Terminator: cells created to suppress the germination of new plants and to force farmers to buy always new seeds . After careful research, the artist wrote on the four images of fruit and vegetables patents registered by U.S. multinationals on food.
In the small ampolee in front of the photos are conserved organic seed of vegetables and fruits, corresponding to the images of the photos.
