apotemnofilia is defined the desire to have one or more limbs amputated . Existing worldwide associations with individuals who demand the medical right to amputation because suffering for the subject is so high, which they cause gangrene or autoamputations that often lead to death. After Having co-written the only Italian thesis about it, I realized this work because i think that we must intervene in the Hippocratic Oath, because an individual is free if you have the right to lose the resources.
