Chuck

In Chuck I used 720 square wooden blocks of differing heights to create a grid on the surface of the canvas. By doing this I am able to play with a three dimensionalized plane and work with shallow spaces in the painting. It is different from all angles and only looks like the original image I used as a reference from straight on.
