This public art project receives messages from members of the public and translates them into American Sign Language. The resulting videos are projected onto buildings so that the arms and hands of the performers emerge from the windows of the architecture. People were asked to submit positive messages that they would like to share with their city. The piece is like an anti-broadcast: huge and poetic, but the message is withheld unless you are fluent in American Sign Language.
