Here, the architectural background and the presence of the man are lost in a dark backdrop, on which stands out for the contrast the same amorphous being.
This time the two hands holding the creature belong to us, the hands of every onlooker who is introduced in person into this representation through the mirror's shards.
In fact the mirror lets everyone, placing itself in the correct viewing angle that the representation requires, to see itself again inside the scene and to wonder if it's really himself the responsible of these shapeless entities.
