The geographical locality I come from, the Middle East has long been rife with politics, war, and religion. The year I was born in was simultaneous with the onset of Iran-Iraq War followed by the most critical stage of my growing up in a war-stricken era.
With a tinge of sarcasm, this collection challenges religion on the one hand, and war and politics with which the people of the region have to perpetually deal with on the other.
