ANIMALESSERE III

ANIMALESSERE III

The pluralism, whether it is chromatic or conceptual, becomes paradoxically the fundamental nature of all the works, also split in their reading on two levels of opposites.
The paintings themselves prefigure the fusion of a natural size, a genetic mapping in biological terms, with a symbolic and interior dimension, resulting in the image of the archetype.

Figures of faces, as well as animals, lions, wolves, rapacious are standing empty on cold or hot surfaces, the colors sometimes are bruise.
In the contrast between nonsense and interpretation, the works combine the stark objectivity with a religious, dreamy, alchemical and pathological theme.

The image of an instinctive and meaningless nature joins in "What is up", creating new aesthetic forms.

In this view the observer is perfectly placed in the middle, torn between the eternal charm marked by pictures and, at the same time, he’s considered as a temporary observer of a fleeting reality.
