SATORI
In the Zen Buddhist tradition the Satori is the experience of the spiritual and intellectual awareness, opposite to the nirvana and its permanent condition of enlighten the Satori is a non permanent condition but a flash comparable to the creative idea o the divine enlightenment.
This performance wants to recreate the sensation of the mystic sudden flash through a golden kimono entirely handmade set in a dark room enlightened by a light from above on the walking performer.
Is the sensation that we all experienced at least once in a lifetime .Get the clear view on life, on destiny, understand its own worth and the street to take…getting from the MEMORY of the experience the a new beginning holding tight that last and tiny peaceful instant .
The idea is to translate in reality an abstract sensation , inspired by the “ walk of enlighten” from the KIYOMIZU-DERA temple in Kyoto.
