Post anemic landscape. The work here represented belongs to the homonymous painting cycle titled “Post anemic landscape”. Without having, however, no wish imitative, actually a reference to the same clock cycle inaugurated by Mario Schifano few decades ago, is undeniable. In this case it is limited only to the extent of the suggestive and evocative title.
This art work s is in fact back (hence the "post") to the cycle of the Master and the temporal sequence (posthumous) has, at this juncture, a value, or better, a reference meta-temporal regarding space and time themes
The "post", as well as in its Latin sense of "after", is meaning in its Anglo-Saxon value. The term “Post” i is justified by the use of stamps as a structuring element of the work. Stamps aseptic, without identity, crusher, shredder, scattered randomly on a table faded, weeping, significant -A-temporality and spatiality of the landscape. The soft colors, diluted, emphasize that the anemic place outside of space-time dimension. A timeless place, a no man's land, which for this belongs,by right, to all of us imagination.
