Censorship is like invisible needles and wires holding people's minds: the denial to speak, see and hear allows man to survive, but not to live.
In this work, the author wants to dwell on how signs of censorship might be influential. Signs scratching the spirit, against the dignity of the human imprint deeply almost becoming part of the body. Man, made of flesh and bones, becomes food for such punishment. Devoured in the mind and obliged to be subject to a systems he does not approve, the human being is a slave of oppression. Censorship pines away the soul, returning the container.
In her summary, it is develop a work made in off-camera, intentionally without using the camera, to represent the absolute deprivation even of the tools.
This imagine is to sum up, without too many intermediaries, the essence of our time, where the censorship often doesn’t spare even the human lives.
Culture in all its forms, while not being immune, becomes the only way to be able to face and overcome countless barriers of censorship, in order to attain knowledge, truth and freedom of expression.
