EDEN vs EVA
This is the work that gave life to the Marble cutter Movement. The inspiration to nature emanates by each stroke of spatula with strength and synergie of color.
After the expultion from earth Paradise, a peaceful and calm place, the man was forced to wander in a dark and inhospitable land, where God's light is far from him. In this biblical view of human condition, woman acquires a central role because she is the creator.
Until few decades ago, she was considered the angel of fireplace, with all those aspects of this role, today she leaves this stereotype and she makes works, which were previously considered male. On the other hand, the female figure is commercialized in order to sell every type of product, distorting the innermost self.
With the loss of an old role,woman becomes the antagonist of man, no more partner, she distances him from that safe and protected shelter that is the house: this is his Eden.

Per quanto riguarda le note non condivido il termine "antagonista" : credo che il termine piu' corretto sia "compagna" intendendo persona alla pari con cui condividere, senza ignorare alcune DIFFERENTI caratteristiche proprie dell'uomo e quelle proprie della donna.
