Biography
Blake Daniels is an emerging visual artist and writer based out of Chicago, Illinois. Currently working on his degree at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, his work looks at spatial proximities, working constantly within unconventional collaborative “spaces” both regionally and internationally. His studies explore and question the reciprocal feeds between the modern invention of the West and Africa, and the creative possibilities within these codependent relationships. He spends his year living between Chicago and Johannesburg, South Africa.
