Biography
Elena Amodeo, in arts: Amo, was born in Milan on April, 6th 1983. After she had achieved maturity in experimental artistic techniques she dedicated herself to realistic and figurative paintings preferring subjects like landscapes, human figures and animals. After years of intense technical experimentation, she moved away from the academic style learned during the previous years, and thus reaching a personal style that made her able to express her own perception of truth without forgetting her formerly beloved subjects. Since 2008 she realizes art-labels for the vine-company Quercialuce with the objective to merge arts and oenology. Currently she is approaching music, and in the process of planning and creating an external parietal mosaic of 24 x 1,5 meters of length that will be realized soon.
After she graduated in history of arts she decided to continue her studies up to a specialist-level, accompanying the passion for artistic studies with those for music and painting.
