the Concept
Well Biennale is the First International Biennial of Contemporary Art , an event open to all artists with the aim of promoting and disseminating contemporary art in a city already recognized as a " container" of an immense artistic , cultural and archaeological heritage, which will be featured of this art with the concept of art as a universal form of expression .
regulation

The international event Art.1 Well Biennale with his prize aims to allow artists to exhibit their work to a general diffusion of art in the forms that the biennial itself admits .
The event Art. 2 Well Biennale , the International Biennial of Art in Benevento , which will be defined only by convention Well Biennale will take place in Benevento 18 to 27 April 2014 on the prestigious venues of Benevento. Setting up and dismantling on 17 April 28, 2014.
Well Art.3 The Biennale will be characterized by the following steps :
        a. Selection .
All artists will participate in the free selection , January 31, 2014 by sending in photos of three works ( indicate size and year) and a short CV to the email addresses pittura@benebiennale.com , scultura@benebiennale.com , foto@benebiennale.com , video@benebiennale.com and installazioni@benebiennale.com who will represent well the sections for which they intend to compete .
The organizing committee will select the Biennale Good communication , however, giving each artist. The artists will be selected before the end of the period of closure of the selections and advance to the next stage and on exposure to competition Well Biennale.
The selection is at the discretion of the organizing committee of the Well Biennale award to the artists who will be admitted to the exhibition a unique selection protocol .
        b . Exposure .
The selected artists will have the opportunity to attend the event in the following ways :
with only one work at a cost of € 100.00 This cost is inclusive of registration;
with two works at a cost of € 130,00 This cost is inclusive of registration;
with three works at a cost of € 150,00 This cost is inclusive of registration.
This amount must be paid to post Xarte by bank IBAN IT70U0760115000001005000276 with reason: " Well adherence to the Biennale with the selection protocol ." A copy of the bank transfer must be sent with the signing of this Regulation and the application form to the email segreteria@benebiennale.com . In any case , the registration fee will not be refunded . The works do not have size limits or subject or technique and can not be other than those presented to the selection , the artist must indicate specifically the work that contributes to the Prize Well Biennale. For installations must indicate the space needed for video art and should not exceed ten minutes in length and must be on DVD for normal readers. For all the works transport and protection is the responsibility of the artist and exclusive care that may not modify or alter the spaces assigned or damage them. The works were exhibited at the sole responsibility of the artist who is responsible for the absolute .
       c . Award ceremony
The award ceremony will take place involving all the selected artists who will judge the entries by assigning their vote , the sum of the vote will determine the winners who will be awarded in the final judgment , the award " Well First International Biennial of Benevento ."
The winning artists will be covered by the 1st , 2nd and 3rd place . The award ceremony which as mentioned involves the artists is absolutely unquestionable . Will be assigned any critics awards or out of competition.

Well Art.4 the Biennale are welcome all artists of any technique , artistic extraction and experience as it is the pre-eminent value of the works .
Art.5 The association , while taking the maximum precautions in the exhibition, conservation and management of the works in competition, can not be held responsible for damage or missing items .
Art.6 The entry fee to the Biennale Well in any case it can be returned and may not be exercised any right of recourse against the association Xarte or other associations or governments participating in the event for issues related to Well Biennale.
Article 7 During the exhibition the works will be displayed with the identity of the artist, title and pictorial technique previously drawn up by the secretariat of the biennial . The works can not be sold at the event.
Article 8 The artists will receive all communications via email and will require all information to the email benebiennale@benebiennale.com .
Article 9 The judgment regarding the exclusion as to the awarding is absolutely unquestionable .
Article 10 The event will be drawn up a catalog at a cost of € 50.00. Each artist will be assigned a personal page with a photo , the photo of two works , its data and its brief curriculum . And ' mandatory for every artist fill in the template page for the catalog that also provides for the exemption of the responsibilities of Well Biennale for printing errors and / or misprints in the catalog.
