Hi Seshadri,
thank you very much for your favourite and your comment. It ' great to have a confrontation with artists from around the wordl! I visited your artsite and I was very impressed by the use of color as an expression and great ability to communicate. I particularly liked "Blue Sky Thinking". See you soon and best wishes for your work

Thankyou for your kind words Seshadri. Portraiture is indeed all about visualising the soul – capturing the spirit that binds humanity. It's a frustrating facet of painting but can ultimately reward us with great spiritual riches. Sometimes I wish the whole world would paint. Oscar Wilde told us that 'Art is useless', but like wine, and love and music it makes life worth living. King regards, Richard

Hello, Seshadri. I want to thank you from the deep of my heart for your very supportive and warm words about my work and philosophy in art. This is really what I need at the moment, support and understanding of what I am trying to do by my paintings...Your artist statement sounds so in tune with my thoughts and even if you mentioned that “I do not consider my work an expression of the spirit of any national, racial, religious, political, social or economic group, body”, I suggest that your perception of the world and art still has been germinated by the Great Indian Culture, which I am very fond of and this is why your perception is so deep and thoughtful. Thank you so much for your comments; I do appreciate your message. I wish you success in your work. Sincerely, Arina
