"Women in Art ..." will enliven the Auditorium Vallisa with Visual Arts - Poetry - Literature-Music-Dance-Theatre-Film-Entertainment. The initiative, in its originality stems from the desire to give voice to the universe of women in order to raise awareness of women's art in all its facets. Women in Art ... born as binder material for the improvement of human and social condition of the person and the promotion of all forms of expression, literature, visual art, music, poetry, sculpture, film, performance, where freedom of thought , speech, become key players. The aim is to convey emotions, circulating art ... unique and irreplaceable value that can broaden and deepen our understanding of the truth.
Just to know it better ... the truth ... the idea of Women in Art ... the search for the women, the sensitivity, strength, gentleness, patience, beauty, intelligence, skills are common to both ' man and woman, but the point of view, that and different. Women in Art ... wants to be a showcase where you can watch and see how these worlds, male and female, are in need of one another, respect for life must necessarily pass through the understanding of the various possible truths.
In the time period of seven days will alternate performances, exhibitions, readings, performances, video art, in which the only protagonists are women, their stories, their world, in an exceptional setting Vallisa as the auditorium.

Installation Art of Puglia and Palestinian Artists, Paintings, Sculpture, Video Art photography, short and medium length films, literature, dance, theater, poetry, artists, Croatian, Apulia, Ethiopians, Georgians and the Palestinians.
... Women in Art 2011 Fifth Edition. The event saw the presence of works by artists from Puglia, Croatian, Ethiopian, Georgian and Palestinians. "Women in Art ..." will enliven the Auditorium Vallisa July 22 to 28 with Visual Arts - Poetry - Literature-Music - Dance - Theatre - Video Art. The initiative started in 2006 has seen to date, the presence of more than 200 artists, American, Canadian, Croatian, Bulgarian, Albanian and Serbian.
The 2011 edition sees as guests of honor two artists; Jara Marzulli young artist from Puglia that is collecting important consensus in Italy and abroad and Rima Almozzayyen of the most important artists of the Palestinians. The artistic direction will be treated as usual by Michael Loiacono assisted by Carmen Savino for dance, production manager Carmen Toscano.
