Happy Hour from 17.00, an important opportunity to see the work of a contemporary author. The event will include the exposition of FRA.BAT, the only example of a futuristic racing car designed by Duccio with the group "PENTA" in 1966, showed the following year at the Turin Motor Show in the "Show racing cars" and now in the private collection of the Family Moraldi, and other works of the Designer, some of which are in the permanent collections of the Centre Pompidou, Vitra Design Museum and MoMA in New York.
The current works are part of Constellations by Duccio Trassinelli, a series of 'lighting objects' limited edition. Galassia is a ceiling lamp with steel plates cut and decorated with laser , for refraction it projects the drawing onto surrounding surfaces. Vestale is a ceiling-floor lamp with variable shape according to the ring scroll. Orsa maggiore and Orsa minore are floor / table lamps with folding legs touching them the lamp is switched on and off.
During the exhibition also will be provided information about the contest for young designers who will award a scholarship to the winner, in collaboration with the Faculty of Architecture of Florence and the course of "Industrial Design".
