The Arsenal of Venice will host an exhibition dedicated to the 110 finalists of the 5th International Art Prize Arte Laguna, which has become an annual event of relevance to the contemporary art world, thanks to the high quality of films submitted, to the attention emerging talent and the continuous search for forms of collaboration with the business.
During the gala evening of March 12 will be the awarding of the winners of five categories, Painting, Sculpture, Photographic Art, Video Art and Performance, in addition to the proclamation of the 37 winners of the solo in Italian and foreign galleries, special awards Tina B, Open, Scuola del Vetro Abate Zanetti, Stays Art, Museo Carlo Zauli and the Prize "Business for Art" of Reil.
The absolute works of the 110 finalists will be exhibited in the striking tassel of the Arsenale in Venice, until 22 March 2011, which will be transformed for the occasion, thanks to a construction studied in detail, to create a unique atmosphere in which the 'Art is the only protagonist.
