the second edition of the project has led to an evolution of the collective form that identifies the space that the public its new creative urge. At the heart of the project, around which the artists will be involved, so are the "places" different places of passage: the spaces poster boards and municipal elections. Spaces normally used for communicating messages related to the consumption or political ideologies that now BLOOM 2 challenge to convert the display of signs referable to individual routes, changing the message conveyed usual trigger a short circuit and a feeling of disorientation in the viewer . At the base there is a willingness to question certain parameters of communication through artistic actions that seek to establish how the contemporary urban reality imposes itself as an exhibition area of the sign and not as a site of production and the mass market. In addition, the posters created by artists at the exhibition are designed to be consumed in a short time not to allow them to become an object, their ephemeral nature, rather, is opposed to common artistic products that are often kept in museums or private collections .
Ultimately, BLOOM 2 tends to create a detachment from circuits in which art is used to lean on, and simultaneously release the bond that the city has with the production and the mass market.
