Show from June 29 to August 31, 2012
The Gardens Art accomplish ten years, and is a good age for a show that now brings in Pordenone sixteen artists, representatives of regional prestige of the sculpture, found in earlier editions: Vincenzo Balena, Angelo Brugnera, Ceschia Luciano, Carlo Ciussi, Comelli Stefano, Giancarlo Ermacora, Figar Paul, George Igne, Stephen Jus, Marcello mattes, Claudio Mrakic, Alberto Pasqual, Massimo Poldelmengo, Robin Soave, Villibossi, Midget Zavagno.
It will be a rather rare to find many sculptures in their path to the discovery of courtyards and spaces of the city center to reach, for the first time, the garden of the House Cultural Center A. Zanussi where some of them have stable home.
The exhibition, which fits in events sponsored by the City Summer in the city of Pordenone, will open Friday, June 29, at 17.30, among the ancient walls of the churchyard of St. Mark's Cathedral-Cathedral and then start from there to visit other sites , led by art critic Giancarlo Pauletto.
To highlight this special occasion, the Center of Cultural Initiatives Pordenone, promoter of the show, publishes a catalog with images and texts that document the particularities of the exhibits and a profile for each artist.
Particular attention will be given to young visitors: Lisa Garau, atelierista of educational workshops, expects all children between 6 and 10 years in the former convent of St. Francis for the first three matches, while the Centro Cultural Casa A. Zanussi for the final round: visits and workshops will be playing on Monday 2, 9, 16 and 23 July, from 17.00 to 19.00.
