On Sunday 27th September, Marconi Gallery of Cupra Marittima resumes its exhibitions.In fact La homa elemento, sole exposition by Andrea Ciresola, one of the artists winner of Premio ORA 2015 will open at 6p.m..The exhibition is organized by Marconi Gallery and Marche Centro d’Arte and it is cured by Dario Ciferri, who is also the author of the critical text.
La homa elemento is the first appointment of the series What’s on today? It will be the theme of Marconi Gallery for 2015/2016 expiosition season. Marconi Gallery is in c.so Vittorio Emanuele n°70, Cupra Marittima. Andrea Ciresola exposition can be visited till 24th October 2015 at the following times: Monday-Saturday 4.30 – 7.30 p.m.
Presenting Andrea Ciresola exposition, the curator Dario Ciferri has written: “ While observing Andrea Ciresola work, I think that the central element of his research is the human being.Het’s really rarely in his pictures and always in a background situation, he invades them powerfully just for the way the artist is depicting his intervention in the environment, building a pictorial narrative which brings the eye on the artificiality first of all. Artificiality is probably the bottom line to tell how much the human being realized in his history. A social process that led him to intervene on the planet, changing it and trying to shape it to his needs. Just from this ability the man has to shape his environment that comes the title La homa elemento: three words that in esperanto mean the human element.
“I don’t remember all what I have done in these years, but I remember very well all the artists I have worked with, the pleasure of the discussions about art and life, cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Marconi Gallety gave me much, a rich and fashinating human and professional journey, which is closely intertwined with my life, even if it isn’t all my life. I think about my affections, my home and the ones who attend it . I think I have done much, but I think I still have a lot to say and I will not give up any of this. It’s in this spuirit that I asked myself What’s on today? Now I just wait for the answer”. (Franco Marconi)
