The recent dramatic stories of war conflicts, pandemics, climate change catapult us into universal disorder, tumultuous disorientation, unparalleled confusion. Reflecting on these issues means facing the "changes" underway. The emotional and autobiographical "form" of the artistic journey that Massimo Nardi proposes in his exhibition leads us on an eclectic journey that embraces his "feeling" in the timeline which is also our feeling in the face of the Chaos of the contemporary moment in planetary level. His world envelops and embraces us with its surreal shapes and mechanistic gears: the circle dialogues with the square, the fish with pain, the changing hearts wrapped in a rusty mantle, the round-sphere like a signature, constant presence cosmic, harmony that reassures and consoles us by accompanying us in the "bitterness" of the world. The sphere like the Woman is an enigmatic presence that reveals the mystery of life to us. A world where Nature, no longer a comforter, turns against the selfishness and self-centeredness of Man and despite everything reminds us of his Beauty. Massimo Nardi generously shares his emotions that mirror ours. Perhaps in this encounter with the other there is the possibility of feeling human in Chaos. We are butterflies flapping their wings inside the glass bell of our existence in a vain attempt to get out of the emotional seizure of our suffering. Suggestions from “Planetary Chaos”
