Gilberto Sanmartini is known as the painter of the fog and it seems that his brushes dipingano memory to the haze that so passionate about.
Just twenty-five year run the first work that will make it recognizable to all, wistfully autumnal, but never missing a dim light. Even small ponds or streams are an important element for him and often found, so this may suggest that water, together with the land, are for him the basics.
In the works of Sanmartini Mother Earth and Water come together to send a strong message, timeless, life, closely linked to their place of birth. The representation of the fog is his self-portrait, a way to express himself and everything around him.
The exhibition will be at the premises of Nuova Galleria d'Arte la Piccola Via Santo Stefano 29 / i to 29 December 2012.
