Lienbacher Elke was born in Villach, Austria) in 1967. From 1985 to 1991 Elke Lienbacher is devoted to the study of art history at the University of Vienna. During this period develops a strong interest in the oil painting that becomes the prevalent technique in artistic expression.
Between a trip and the other for the various parts of the world grows the enthusiasm and interest for the bright colors and is born a profound commitment to an intense artistic activity. The recurrent theme is that of nature which becomes basis of research of the subject.
In 1992 he moved to Sicily, where, in 2000, knows the gallerist and an art critic Lucy Rocca, art director of the above art gallery "Signatures Copyright" of Giarre that recognizes the validity and the professionalism of his artistic expression.
