BIENNALE AUSTRIA association presents on occasion of 13th VERNICE ART FAIR from 20th – 22nd March 2015 at Forli, Italy, works of Herbert Bauer, Fabian Freese, Gerlinde Kosina, Regina Merta, Elisabeth Rass, Hanna Scheriau, Bernhard Schinko and Herwig Maria Stark.
HERBERT BAUER, painter and graphic designer based in Schladming and docent at Akademie Geras leads you with subtle graphite pen drawings of the series „REALES & SURREALES“ in the world of music icons from Verdi via Mozart to Falco and the Beatles.
FABIAN FREESE, photographer and painter from Wuppertal/Germany shows in his photo series „WHEELCHAIR“ how society still segregates the „Otherness“, be it disability, different race or religion. The light cord symbolizes the freedom in mentation and acting.
GERLINDE KOSINA, self employed artist based in Vienna and docent at Akademie Geras gives rise through powerful color explosions on canvas to landscapes and townscapes, exuberant and passionate.
REGINA MERTA, self employed artist based in Vienna tells in her emphatic works about the gentleness of soul, the tender concern, the power of mind, an all interweaving love and leads into a world full of emotions.
ELISABETH RASS, photo artist from Vienna makes the queen of flowers to the protagonist in her series „WALTZ OF ROSES“: Symbol of worldly life, exuberant in her vividness of decaying.
HANNA SCHERIAU, visual artist from Salzburg and graduate of the legendary school of seeing by Oskar Kokoschka has dedicated herself to the experimental painting on silk. With her paintings she wants to open doors to the irrational side of life and to make visible the invisible feelings and emotions.
BERNHARD SCHINKO, painter, textile artist, photographer and metal artist from Austria loves to shape the various techniques and materials, to connect and to explore new avenues to realize his ideas and to make them come true.
HERWIG MARIA STARK, painter, graphic artist and designer born in Salzburg, based in Vienna expresses in his series „MULTIPLE MOMENTS“ through individual emotions and situations of the various characters the reaction of the individual on political and socio political circumstances.
