Minima Gallery-Contemporary Art of Rome, from October 10 to October 24, 2015 will host the exhibition of Sara Savini entitled "minimum action".
The exhibition is on the concept of the newspaper represented a kind of art book with installation and soundtrack, creating the illusion of entering the pages of a book.
The show's title was inspired by the actions of our smaller and repetitive daily actions that we sometimes do almost mechanically, thinking of something else, not being "present" ... being projected elsewhere ... and from this starting point the project was born on the page facebook "dara's theme".
Sara Savini started to tell a story about a fictional character, with the cooperation of the people who read the opening words continued the story, creating a discontinuous history and experimental meaning grotesque, addressed to a newspaper that rekindles the amazement in the routine, in a context where the obvious buy colors dream, live the most minimal actions in this dream.
Resulting in a virtual book is divided into five chapters, and each chapter the artist has illustrated the story in its course discontinuous.
Sara Savini was born in Rome in 1978 following his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, it specializes in engravings, illustrations and graphics. He has participated in exhibitions with installations and art books, his research is directed to the newspaper approaching all'arteterapia experimental and illustration, as a means to translate emotions into images.
