Friday, May 31 at 18:30 at the Vibe Gallery, at No. 001 Biscuit Factory (Tower Bridge Business Complex) 100 Clements Road London inaugurates the exhibition entitled Colors, Materials, Signs, with artists: Adam Valentina, Francesca Bianchi , Linda D'Arrigo, Michele Franceschini, Elena Furlanetto, Pietro Gargano, Valeria Giordano, Electra La Marca, Maria Lepkowska, Rossella Liccione, Giovanni Mangiacapra, Gisella Pasquali, Pogliani Elisibett, Maria Tindara Pruiti.
The Cultural Association Soqquadro was born in October 2000 and operates mainly in Rome, is the Artistic Director Marina Zatta. Soqquadro, from its founding to the present, has made more than 150 art exhibitions in public and private spaces.
For years, he finished several collaborations with different spaces and different realities in Italy and on this occasion Soqquadro collaborates with the Vibe Gallery in London, a cultural space in which they express different multipurpose fields of culture: music, design, theater, art, fashion.
The Vibe Gallery is located inside a former biscuit factory turned into a business complex in the area of Bermondsey, near London Bridge.
Soqquadro offers with Colors, Materials, Signs, an exhibition that explores the use of the main tools of the artistic work exploring the most diverse languages and complete freedom for artists to express themselves in a way that for them it is the most representative.
The design of this exhibition provides a breakdown of the artists into three broad categories which are just colors, materials, signs, in which the works have been included from Marina Zatta just to observe and reflect on how art can work on different binary depending on the requirement that the artist expresses himself with his work.
It is an exploration of the artistic work that does not preclude any kind, will also feature the photographic language: even in photography artistic moves (albeit using tools and then following very different possibilities), within a field of view and creative can touch each of these categories more or less according to the sensitivity of the individual artist.
The pictorial material and writing with light camera that captures in turn signs, traces of life or matter itself sometimes capturing the essence.
