Another project of the highest social value is to be held in Milazzo in the days that go from 30 May to 2 June 2014.

The glass room Flagstones of the City of Milazzo, as in previous years , will be the backdrop to the sixth edition of "The Robert's smile for UNICEF ."

The UNICEF project this year is " School '' and protection for street children in Bangladesh "

With over 140 million people , Bangladesh is one of the most densely populated countries in the world.

Widespread poverty in exposure to cyclical natural disasters , such as floods caused by seasonal monsoon rains , make the critical condition of the children, especially when poverty and degradation deprive them of the protection of family .

Street children are among the most vulnerable , and the entity of their number is a reflection of the social problems facing the country : overpopulation, illiteracy and poverty.

UNICEF estimates that more than 300,000 children living and growing on the margins of society, abandoned and in absolute misery , often without protection and education, free treatment and care of families.

Through the project ARISE ( Appropriate Resources for Improving Street Children's Environment) , UNICEF provides a path of social reintegration for children living in the streets of the major urban centers of Bangladesh , by means of informal education and vocational training , mainly carried out in schools Centres where children are temporarily housed in schools or outdoor .

The aim is to promote the reintegration of younger children school and the start of the greatest assets to decent working and not at risk.

The interventions are concentrated in cities where there is a greater presence of street children , especially the capital Dhaka and other urban centers such as Chittagong district and Baribal .

The primary beneficiaries of the project are 3,500 street children between 6 and 18 years , were selected from among those at highest risk.

The presence of numerous artists of many nationalities who are giving or pledged to donate their work for the realization of this project , provides reassurance that the organizers are hoping to repeat the success of previous events .

All works donated by the artists will be on sale with a minimum bid during the event and all proceeds will be donated to UNICEF and will finance the project "School and protection for street children" in Bangladesh that the Provincial Committee of Unicef Messina and the association Roberta Smedili have adopted for their activities for the year 2014.
