After the successful first edition held in July, Artistic Autonomies, exhibition of contemporary artists, is back with new enthusiasm and the desire for mental spiritual and artistic autonomy. The art helps life and life, in some way, helps the art, feeding it with new emotions and experiences. And this is the spirit in which this second edition is created: the shadow of the economic crisis has become heavy and imposing. Well! We have to react and Artistic Autonomies is our way of reacting. Many are the participating artists, with works touching, exciting, strong, thoughtful but also playful, carefree, curious.... pieces of daily life, as we like to emphasize often, lived with fiery artistic force. This exhibition stands as a symbol of an Italy and a Europe that react through many forms of art, they get strength from them and with eyes full of contemporary ecstatic art are firmly in their positions.
Artistic Autonomies is organized by The Epireo Art Gallery in collaboration with the Free Academy of Sciences and Arts “Alexandros” and sponsored by The Department of Cultural Policies and of the Historical Center of City of Rome and will take place from 7 to 21 October 2011 at the Rome headquarters of the gallery.
The Vernissage will take place October 7 with the presence of the Director of Ages and art critic Dr. Mara Ferloni, the editor and publisher of “Segni d’Arte” Dr. Nicolina Bianchi and the historian and art critic Dr. Alessia Cervelli.
