StARTers with Stefano Vigni
Lectures, Italy, Siena, 04 December 2012
A journey through images on the Italian streets, from the ancient Roman roads (la via Casssia, l'Aurelia, l'Appia and la Flaminia) to the highways of the most recent developments like the Salerno-Reggio Calabria, the Brennero and the A1, to recount the complexity of a landscape that is changing ever more hurriedly, going unnoticed by our distracted gaze. On Tuesday, December 4 at 6:00 PM, Stefano Vigni will present his photographic book "2000Km" at StARTers, the last of the fall encounters of the series "Assaggi d'Arte."

Stefano Vigni was born in Siena in 1981. He deals with projects of documentary photography and reportage. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence and at the European Institute of Design in Venice. He has collaborated with Kairòs Film, Hugo Boss and IED in Milan, Le Figaro in Paris, Emblema, the municipality of Amsterdam and the group INA Assitalia. He is represented by the Agency Millennium Images Limited of London.
