Tuesday, August 23 at 19:30 opens in Gualtieri Sicaminò (ME) at the Annunciation Church, an architectural jewel of the fourteenth century, the exhibition "Giovanni Iudice – Realtà parallele”. The exhibition, edited by Giuseppe Filistad and Giuseppe Morgana, offers a tour of 16 works including drawings, graphics and oils, divided into 3 sections - beaches and landscapes, interiors and portraits, submarines - designed to analyze the twenty years of creative and productive ' Artist.
Most of the works, already appreciated to the Palazzo Reale in Milan, at the Gallery of Modern Art in Palermo, on the 53th Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto, in the celebrations of the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy in Salemi and the recent 12 edition of Milanesiana, the exhibition will continue in September in Gela, the birthplace of the artist, in a large retrospective exhibition edited by Vittorio Sgarbi.
To make the event even more significant will the presence of the photographic trace in the actual size of the work most representative of the cycle of "submarines", "Humanity" (235 cm x 290), exhibited at the Italian Pavilion of the 54 °Venice Biennale and defined by the prestigious "The Art Newspaper" as one of the gems in the lagoon.
