"Stories of the art" Palazzo della Penna Museum

Stories from the art curator is a laboratory which aims to uncover the background of the art project: conception, mechanisms, implementation.

Two pairs of critics - Senator Cristina and Antonio Maiocchi, Fabio Castellani and Vivian Weaver - are faced with many artists investigating, with them, the roots of creative work and the way in which it becomes art. With the ambition to discover how art practice, mediated by, arrivals public exposure substantially different, but basically intact.

In the next two Thursdays, September 29 and October 6, show two critical to the public an archive of images drawn from the tank of two fictional artists, building, and the public with them, a dialogue of memories, ideas and other amenities.



The starting point will be the works of two pairs of artists - Gianluca Costantini and Meri Tancredi (Thursday, September 29), Ivan Frenguelli and Sergio Silvi (Thursday, October 6) - gradually exposed in the rooms on the first floor of Palazzo della Penna, Perugia: the shows will grow and change from week to week, and will be open until October 16.



The two appointments will continue at the ground floor with musical entertainment by the Band Ballaro Antonio (September 29) and Almir da Cruz (October 6), accompanied by a coffee bar service carried out by the pen.



The events are produced by the Museum System under the patronage of the Municipality of Perugia - Department of Culture and Social Policies.
