August 31, the fifteenth-century building that houses the gallery is read with a contemporary look by six artists, some of whom Como "doc".
I'm Claudia Botta, Tamara Ferioli, Carla Iacono, Francesca Marzorati (permanent guest in the virtual gallery "Lario to Art" of the "Corriere di Como", on our website www.corrieredicomo.it), Annalisa Pirovano and Paola Sala. Six women who have sought and collected suggestions from the past to update them, combining the historical memory of the place in contemporary art. Are sensitive works and visionaries who find their meaning in the ambivalence of the title of the exhibition, which emphasizes the double meaning of "Caps", with reference to the physicality of artistic interventions and the mystery generated by these new symbolic existences. The gallery of Como via Bianchi Giovini is planning a full program of exhibitions which provides four exhibitions throughout the year and some laboratories and experimental projects.
