In the U.S. there is a population of more than 55 million Hispanics, who now become the "first minority" of this country.
With this wave of immigrants in search of the "American Dream", came many visual artists. The American people, enjoy some of our work occasionally. Some good, some not much, but back in our lands of origins, there are thousands of great talents who rarely get to know the American people.
Hispanic talent living in their countries through the large Hispanic-American territory is inexhaustible. Artists with some extraordinary talents, but, as the opportunities in the art environment is so difficult and "arbitrary", their merit acknowledgments, many time, only happen national or local. But that does not take away what we are: Masters and young artists who are emerging as prominent promises in the art.
This exhibition brings many of those talents who are sending their works to Georgia to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month 2012.
The works come from many directions of the Continent: Cuba, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Peru, Panama, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Costa Rica, ...
