8 th edition of the Gala & Fashion .... Solidarity

Sunday, February 27 was held at the picturesque
Promenade Deck of the Bastion Saint Remy, the "GALA 'FASHION & .... SOLIDARITY '. "
This event, now in its 8 th edition was organized by Lions karel, Host, Villanova, Castle and Lioness in collaboration with the goddess Venus.
Since the first edition of the Grand Gala was an event that can exploit the best expressions of Sardinian fashion, by connecting it to moments of culture, art and music.
The theme of this year's Gala was "Sardinia - the future from the roots", a land rich in history and traditions. They paraded on the catwalk costumes of the towns of Sardis Aritzo, Selangor, Tortoli, Sestu, Pula and Elmas and the clothes that the designers Daniel and Maria Francesca Zucchi Sedda Checkers Design, Charles Petromilli, Emme and Mary have created Jeanry Jewelry inspired in key the modern fashion history of our island.
Even the musical moments existing within the Fashion Gala, proposed by Catte Alessandro and Francesca Lai singers were inspired by the musical tradition of Sardinia.
For the present at the various municipalities, thanks to the Pro Loco Association, have organized the exhibition spaces with equipment, pictures and typical representative of their territory.
Thanks to the grant of L'Unione Sarda, the event has had as frame images taken from the encyclopaedia of costume Sardis "Costumes of Sardinia."
The styling and performance that have been seen on the catwalk and exhibition space, have been accompanied by an objective: solidarity.
In this edition of the proceeds volunteer, thanks to the availability of Arborea 3A, has been donated to Hospitality House for families of the Lions of oncology patients
