Master's degree in copyright and the law of artistic works

The Master intends to deepen the issues related to the rights linked to the creative and artistic activity, subject of interventions by the national legislator, under the pressure of European sources.
During the Master, through the examination of concrete cases, a detailed analysis of the various facets of his discipline will be carried out which touches on aspects concerning the protection of cultural heritage, the regulation of privacy and the indispensable European law.
