During this exhibition vernissage, connected with Milano Expo 2015, we will have the honour to present the excellent Washoku – Japanese traditional food that will introduce the guests to the discovering of Kobe’s Japanese culture.
During vernissage it will be possible to taste the original Matcha and Sencha tea from Wakayama (produced by Gyokurin-en since 1854); Miso soup from Kagoshima (produced by Kinshou since 1950) and Piccolata – a characteristic pizza which is possible to find in Kobe (produced by Mitsuwa since 1913).
These foods will accompany the contemporary calligraphic artworks referring to traditional SHODO and photographic arworks about Japan.
