under the patronage of the Regione Veneto, Treviso province, municipality of Morgano, Department of Culture, Public Library
and in collaboration with Peter Lüssenheide
is pleased to present:
International Exhibition: A COMPARISON OF BOOK ARTIST - A free search for posts by Vanguard experiences Contemporary
From May 19 to June 4, 2012
at the exhibition hall: Former Church of St. Anthony - The Round Square Badoere Morgano (TV) Italy
The shows on any subject will provide a wide overview on the topic of the book as object, creating a link between past and present, to highlight the charm of artistic techniques that over time have combined words, images and more unusual and different materials, leaving the conceptual space of expressive artists. For this reason it was decided to leave the show without a theme to give a large freedom to the production and promotion of this art form. It is thought to follow the show (books donated to the Archives NabilaFluxus) traveling out to locations where the book is easy accessibility to the public. Example: museums, libraries, galleries etc..
For the duration of the exhibition will be organized tours, which will give the public the opportunity to observe and come directly into contact with art books and books covered under the guidance of qualified staff, who will explain the characteristics and history.
There are also a number of side events, including the submission of books of poetry with music and drama performances and a meeting on the relationship between image and text devoted to the relationship between words and images.
IMPORTANT:
From all works submitted to the exhibition, will select NabilaFluxus '10-20 artists that will participate in a traveling group show of art on paper in various art galleries in the historic center of Osnabrück (Germany), the mode' will be directly defined by Mr. Peter Lüssenheide - LIBER CHRONOS Osnabrück (Germany) www.cronasroma.eu - http://www.facebook.com/chronosroma.
