Matteo Gironi

Through his works, Matteo Gironi carries out a work of conceptual reunification between tradition and contemporaneity, investigating modern forms in an operation of relocation of materials from the history of art such as wax, felt and pigments. The works take shape from the repetition of primary elements that structure the surface like a soft texture, which bends and vibrates in a constant relationship with the void.

An artistic research that starts from the Baroque concept of acentric and infinite "dynamic space", to mold itself into a fragment of the fleeting flow of our human time. The form thus becomes a pretext for an empathic relationship in a work of individual emergence. Works that trigger distinct reactions, feelings and emotions that find correspondences in the multiple personalities of the observers. The colors turn towards the essentials of black whites and the blue ethereal, in a minimal palette in search of the sensual charm of a material able to ferry us towards vibrations far beyond our perception.

Mareo Rodriguez

It is a vital universe that expands from the artistic works of Mario Rodriguez. A force that takes shape from the oscillation of natural telluric movements and that explodes from matter, modeled on the sense of rhythm, on the plasticity and strength of those who are real pulsating landscapes. Formal territories in which the incidence of light becomes an opportunity for reflection on the fragmentation, transformation and expansion of nature's primary energy, in time and space.

The colors themselves are reduced - they implode in the use of an essential black and white and of the gold leaf as a natural element and a basic unity of creation - or they are restructured, mixing lava with color in search of a material sensibility, but depriving oneself of any chromatic distraction that could alter the clear and rigorous vision of the work.
