Maristella Angeli takes part in the "Riflessi" Virtual Art Exhibition

My first painting "The tears of nature" participates in the "Riflessi" Virtual Art Exhibition and is visible with the critical comment by Elisabetta La Rosa, Art Historian and curator of the artistic initiative.

The release started today, June 20th and will end on August 2nd.

On the occasion of the exhibition Riflessi, the artist Angeli reflects on everything that embodies life, on moments, on people, on the extraordinary suggestions contained in the fragments that make up the puzzle of human essence.
A single drop contains the beauty of its sensations which assemble themselves as living material on canvas.
The thick brushstrokes thicken on the canvas as if they were drops of dew, drops of water that condense on cold surfaces at night. In the artist's works reverberate the echoes of nature, we know that for the ancients the refreshing action of dew was proof that the Gods had descended on Earth, therefore a divine gift.
Linked to night and dawn, dew is the sign of the intervention of transpersonal forces and a symbol of enlightenment. Lighting intended, in this case, as a reflection of the vital essence, where the artist loads Pathos with that single drop which is the bearing element of the sense of reading of the work. Life is born from water, its reflection reverberates!
