The rooms of the Future
The structure of the show is all in this title that is, for all intents and purposes, the subtitle of the exhibition rooms of the future. The exhibition will be organized as a series of spaces that , as the common thread has as its theme the future and will fully constituted over time as a work in progress . The theme of 2013
responds to the concerns and uncertainties of the present and that is why we decided to rely on a plural involving curatorial direction this time, not only the artists " consecrated " or emerging but also those who are moving in the artistic while still attending institutions school . Future: what comes after , before there even before the present and the past. This in a
linear view but there are also other , less linear , some even circular . And then what is time , if
not the perception and experience of what we live , especially , awareness of time and therefore capacity to have visions of the future if it is not already supervened fog obscuring everything. Time does not exist ,
Julian says Barbour1 and , in some ways , they say the same thing , Buddhists , secretly , it is called Reincarnation in the Gospels and also it follows that every purely linear fall apart . Art for pursues its nature for centuries (but only apparently) a spirit chronological , a forward in time contradicting the previous visual thinking . And ' in fact a reductive vision of a purely chronological and contemporary , past the solid seasons of modern thought, dissolves in a thousand streams of thought lateral , divergent , fragile , open, where coexist experiences and outcomes formally irreconcilable
have their roots in time with multiple ramifications .
