Sponge ArteContemporanea and RAVE meet in Turin in the artist Stefano Giorgi . Two different paths from the Italian province , from Trivignano Udinese (UD) and Pergola (PU ) converge in the Piedmont town : at the crossroads born Backpack Shoulder, a group that wants to tell through the works of the artists invited , the philosophy of the two non-profit centers and establish a collaboration.
Sponge ArteContemporanea is the research platform that operates in the Marche region for five years, is the operational headquarters house artist Giovanni Gaggia which in collaboration with Federica Mariani , Stefano Verri , Milena Becci , Susanna Ferretti , Paul Angelosanto , Daniel Wicker and support of Davide Quadrio , invites artists from all over Italy and beyond to inhabit the house and subvert the aesthetics of the rooms daily lived . RAVE began his adventure in the summer of 2011. In the first edition the artist in residence was Adrian Paci . The Moleskine on display for Backpacking were made by the participating artists , who , in their research , have led to a dramatic new vision of naturalness , while undermining the common reference systems , revealing the anachronisms of our society and revealing the poetry over the mechanical reconstruction of a natural motion .
