Competition pictorial Garlate gathers 44 "Artists for UNICEF"

Are a total of 44 participants in the 2nd Competition Pictorial "Artists for UNICEF", created by artist garlatese Valentina Dominici and organized by the Municipality of Garlate in collaboration with the Roberta Smedili Association of Milazzo.
The competition aims to promote local artists, disseminate knowledge in national and international contexts but also support the UNICEF project to combat child and maternal mortality in Afghanistan.
Fifteen members are "under18", while among adults, as well as several garlatesi, include major names in the art scene not only provincial and national levels.
The competition involves even two works from Switzerland and Germany.

At stake, in fact, there is nothing in fact, the four paintings winners (category 3 adults + 1 children under18 category) will be donated to Roberta Smedili that will put up for auction in late May during a major event, the proceeds of which will be fully paid as it has been for several years, UNICEF to support the project to combat infant and maternal mortality in Afghanistan.
The works must be delivered to the secretary's office of the municipality by April 15, then the Artistic Committee will select the winners who will be announced by the end of April.
The competition, however, does not end here but will have a second important step and waiting: all the works will be exhibited in the XXIIma "Feast of the courts of Garlate" in on 7 and 8 September in the historic center.
