The new art project by Antonello Morsillo reach the fourth exhibition in the exhibition rooms of the Villa Amoretti Library of Turin. Shoah implications of the injury is the title of our Puglia that the painter used to pay homage to the victims of the concentration camps. Seventy years after the liberation of the Nazi camps Etty Hillesum, Gertrud Kolmar, Edith Stein, Maximilian Kolbe, Anne Frank, Happy Schragenheim and other great figures in the paintings they are recalled, next to ordinary people, unknown, evoked in the painting on the poster. The intent is to allow, to know and remember, through art, the people killed by an absurd "final solution".
The painter is called Puglia "suridealista" because his works express social fervor represented in dreamlike scenarios. The symbolic passages inspired by the "patches" of Rorschach, stand out from the image represented, the "drill" deep and seal his artistic identity. Its urgency is claiming through art, important social issues because he believes that art can and should make known some significant realities.
