REGULATION
Article 1 - BRIEF
How many worlds are hidden behind a single expression? what is the difference between humor and comedy? Today the Moon tosses you, including
all, the most difficult challenge. Wear the dress of the play and play to the rhythm of a laugh. Be the comic that complaint,
or the comedian who entertains. Be the comic that exposes the flaws in the company, or you wear the mask:
choose a definition, and let us laugh.
2 - REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION
The call is open to young authors working in the fields of fiction, photography, illustration and comics residents,
domiciled, students or workers in the country. It requires new material, in Italian, which has not been awarded
in other competitions or already published, even partially, or in the Internet. Participation in the competition is totally
free of charge.
3 - HOW TO ENTER and RETURN OF MATERIALS
Fiction: original and unpublished stories are admitted for a maximum length of 6400 characters including spaces.
Photography: allow, for each author from 1 to 5 photographs, original and new, black and white or color, maximum size
22x22 cm. It is preferable to scan and send the material by email or by mail on CD-ROM, with a minimum resolution 300 dpi.
Illustrations: is accepted for each author from 1 to 5 tables, original and new, black and white or color format
maximum size 22x22 cm. It is preferable to scan and send the material by email or by mail on CD-ROM, with
minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Comics: you admit a maximum of 2 plates in black and white or color, in which to develop a story and make it with technical
free choice of format maximum size 22x22 cm. It is preferable to scan and send the material by email or
mail on CD-ROM, with a minimum resolution 300 dpi. For a greater appreciation, enjoyment and adherence to artistic intent and
communication of any photographer or illustrator or cartoonist is required, if the same author is deemed useful and necessary, indicate the
title of his work, the size and the technique used. These data will be presented as caption accompanying
to photographs or illustrations that will be chosen for publication. The works of all participants (Fiction,
Photography, Illustration, Cartoon) must necessarily be accompanied by: a short
biography (maximum 800 characters, to avoid cuts arbitrations) accompanied by the personal data (name, surname,
address, telephone numbers, e-mail). Will the postmark. Any certificates of participation in the competition will be
awarded to the artists who will be required only when their works are selected. The material must be sent

4 - PERSONAL DATA and LIABILITY
In relation to the prediction that the material can be published and used by the editors for reading and reading, in
execution of the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (on the protection of personal data), the
participant consents to the processing of personal data. Each participant will be responsible for the author
content of their work. In addition, the candidate will act as guarantors that the work submitted is original, has never been
awarded or submitted in any other competition, and never published, even partially, or placed on the Internet.
5 - Selection Criteria and Award
For the evaluation of the works will take into account the quality of the search paths and formal originality of texts and
images. The prize of the competition is the publication of the journal "La Luna Traverso", in print and
Digital. Only winners will be contacted by the editorial staff and will receive two complimentary copies at home. Not
accepted stories and materials already published or have participated in previous calls. The Commission's decisions editorial
will be final. By participating in the possible selection, you grant the right, free of charge, to the first edition of the works
sent without any claims as copyright.
6 - DEADLINE
The works must be delivered no later than 12:00 noon on September 2, 2013.
