The exibhtion of Roberto Goldoni (1971) takes its title from a story by Borges nell'Aleph content. The reflection on the power of a thought that becomes an obsession. "According to the doctrine idealistic, verbs 'live' and 'dream' are strictly synonymous; if thousands of appearances, it will remain one, from a dream very complex, it will come to one very simple ... ..when all people of the earth will think, day and night, the Zahir, what will be the dream and what is reality, the earth or the Zahir? "
Goldoni's works seem to accumulate in different planes, overlapping, side by side, the results of our perception of our surroundings (more so in cases where Goldoni paints from life, with a wave classic, in which reflections, exigent circumstances Light , shadows, shapes are added to the work under construction). The overlap of perceptions, it becomes concrete, directly transformed into color, in stripes, in forms ... in reality?
When we observed for the first time the work "24 Red Lines" (2014) we had the feeling of watching a daily landscape, but with something not readily definable, as was imperfect. The feeling of a place where you are sure to have been, but not remember whether in reality or in a dream. A reality that contains an imperfection, that make us doubt on its "actual" existence is the disorientation: in a movie language, places physically impossible (for now) but perhaps possible the Nolan's Inception and Interstellar or plans and stratifications Memento. The suggestion is to widen the eyelids, be blinded, with a single glance, the work of Goldoni, swallow the whole picture together and get off, including dizziness, drawn to a different dimension: "... those who have seen the Zahir soon will see the Rose (...), the Zahir is the shadow of the rose.
